Soul Soundings is a unique participatory event in the open space of Wells Cathedral emptied of chairs in the depths of winter.
More than 200 singers came from near and far for the 2020 event on 31 January, led by Candy Verney (founder of the event) and Jane Harris, Director of Songways. It was a beautiful experience to sing, promenade, contemplate, improvise and let our voices soar in the glorious space of the nave and the Chapter House.
Jane is honoured to be taking over the direction of Soul Soundings.
