Come and sing your way to Christmas. New singers are warmly welcome on Wednesday evenings in Bath and Friday mornings in Trowbridge. We’ll be learning a wonderful set of festive songs, carols and songs of peace.
All the songs and harmonies will be taught by ear by Jane Harris. She has a clear, inclusive and enabling teaching style which uncovers the best in singers’ voices and draws people together with heartfelt, resonant singing. Singers from all three choirs are invited to sing together on Saturday 3 December at St Swithin’s Church in Bath. We’ll be giving an informal performance at 7pm, joined for a couple of songs by the fabulous Bookshop Band, who will then entertain us with their inventive and engaging songs. It promises to be a wonderful evening.
All Songways singers are also welcome on Tuesday 6 December to sing in front of the magnificent West doors of Bath Abbey at the atmospheric Christmas market 12 – 12.30pm – always a lovely festive occasion.
