Sixty singers from the UK and US gathered for Sing the Cambridge Colleges 2024, to sing in three of the Cambridge college chapels led by Jane Harris and John Harrison from Vermont, US.
Jane and John were delighted to work together again following their successful collaborations in Cambridge and Italy in previous years. Comments from singers:

The rich variety of songs included: original compositions by Jane, John and other UK and US composers; a traditional South African church song learned by Jane in Cape Town; an ancient sacred song learned by Jane with Spartimu in Corsica; and choral arrangements of traditional African American spirituals. Singers enjoyed the exceptional settings and acoustics of three college chapels – Pembroke, Clare and St John’s.
The next Sing the Cambridge Colleges will take place Thursday 10 – Saturday 12 April 2025.
