  • Saturday 4 March: Singing day at The Great Oak Hall, Westonbirt Arboretum
    Sing in the magnificent Great Oak Hall and visit the arboretum in the beauty of early spring. Enjoy rich harmonies, infectious fun and moments of stillness and beauty. Songs to celebrate the coming of spring and the beauty of the natural world. Open to all – no experience necessary, just a desire to sing.   • Saturday 11 March: Singing workshop with Brendan Taaffe, composer, workshop leader and multi-instrumentalist from Vermont
    Enjoy a rich variety of songs: gospel quartets, Brendan’s own compositions and some gems from Cuba, which Brendan will have just visited before he comes to the UK. Songs with compelling rhythms, evocative harmonies, and themes that speak to everyday life, that come from participatory, community-based traditions and draw people together around the world.
