Thursday 4 – Saturday 6 April | Sing the Cambridge Colleges
An exceptional opportunity to sing in four of the Cambridge college chapels led by Jane Harris, Director of Songways, and Helen Chadwick, an accomplished singer, composer and song-leader. Immerse yourself in glorious harmonies, sing in inspiring and beautiful settings and experience the colleges ‘from the inside’. Jane and Helen developed a special rapport co-leading the Cambridge singing in April this year and are delighted to be working together again in 2019.

Saturday 13 – 20 July | Singing week in Donegal
A singing week at The Song House, an inspirational retreat centre nestled in the foothills of Muckish mountain in the wilds of the Donegal Gaeltacht in the north west of Ireland. We will sing each morning at the Song House. In the afternoons and evenings there will be opportunities to explore the area – wild Atlantic coast, rugged mountains and expansive sandy beaches – and its culture and music.

Thursday 5 – 12 September | Singing week in Tuscany
A week of harmony singing in a stunning private villa set in a Tuscan garden amongst vineyards and olive groves on a hill-top near Siena. Led by Jane Harris and John Harrison, composer and choir leader from Vermont, US. Jane and John loved working together in Italy near Lake Garda this summer and are hugely looking forward to returning to Italy for the Tuscany week.

Friday 11 – 13 October | Lift Up your Voice | Ammerdown Centre, Somerset

An uplifting weekend of song at the beautiful Ammerdown Centre led by accomplished choir leader, Jane Harris. Learn vibrant songs from a wide range of harmony singing traditions and develop your voice and singing styles. Discover rich South African choruses, evocative folksongs, lively rhythmic American songs and Jane’s own compositions. Open to all – teaching by ear.
The Ammerdown Conference and Retreat Centre nestles in woods next to a stately home, surrounded by landscaped gardens and parkland. At the heart of the centre is a delightful chapel, where we will sing. The whole place is steeped in peace and tranquillity – no traffic noise, only birdsong. Only 12 miles south of Bath.
